How Growth is Measured

Each leader completes an initial and final assessment measuring three key dimensions of leadership growth: relationships, performance, and well-being. This creates a tangible before-and-after snapshot, giving both the individual and the organization clear insight into how leadership capacity has grown.

How It Works

●  Six-month leadership coaching journey.

●  Bi-weekly 1:1 sessions for each participating leader.

●  Alignment Snapshot 360 + individual deep-dive diagnostics at kickoff.

●  Direct support for leaders between sessions for accountability and clarity.

●  Optional Team Workshops – midpoint (3 months) and end of program (6 months), designed bespoke to the team’s needs, available by request.

Investment

●  Six-Month Executive Leadership Program: $5,397 per leader.

●  Optional Three-Month Starter Phase: $2,997 per leader.

●  Group Discounts: 10% for groups of 10+, 20% for groups of 20+.

●  (Most companies engage at the six-month level, where culture transformation takes hold. The starter phase is designed for organizations wanting to pilot before scaling.)
